About Arthur Colline Balinda

Arthur Colline Balinda is a seasoned entrepreneur and agribusiness executive with more than 15 years of experience in Uganda’s coffee industry, with extensive exposure across coffee sourcing, processing, quality management, commodity trading, export operations and international business development.

As CEO and Managing Director of CabLinks Establishments Limited, Arthur is responsible for providing strategic direction and executive leadership to the company, with a strong focus on building sustainable supply chains, expanding processing capacity and strengthening CabLinks’ presence in regional and international coffee markets.

His career in the coffee sector has given him practical experience across the entire value chain, from working with farmers and rural aggregation networks to primary processing, grading, quality control, warehousing, export preparation, logistics and international trade. This deep industry knowledge has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of both the commercial and technical requirements of the global coffee market.

Arthur has played a central role in developing relationships with producers, suppliers, financial institutions, logistics partners and international buyers, while positioning CabLinks as a reliable partner for the supply of quality Ugandan Robusta and Arabica coffee.

Beyond coffee, he is an experienced businessman with interests and expertise in international trade, commodity finance, logistics, procurement, strategic investments and business development. His leadership philosophy is built around integrity, professionalism, strong partnerships and disciplined execution.

Under his leadership, CabLinks continues to invest in coffee aggregation, processing infrastructure, quality improvement and market expansion, with the ambition of building a fully integrated coffee business capable of competing effectively in global markets.

Arthur is particularly passionate about increasing the value retained within Uganda’s coffee sector through stronger farmer linkages, improved processing, value addition and direct access to international buyers.

His vision is to position CabLinks Establishments Limited among Uganda’s most respected and dependable agribusiness and coffee export companies, while creating long-term value for farmers, customers, partners, employees and communities.
