About Cathbert Atwine
Cathbert Atwine is an accomplished business executive with over 12 years of experience in business management, operations, strategic planning and enterprise development. As Executive Director of CabLinks Establishments Limited, he plays an important role in overseeing the company’s operations, supporting strategic decision-making and driving sustainable business growth.
Throughout his career, Cathbert has built strong experience in managing business relationships, coordinating operations and identifying opportunities that strengthen organisational performance and market competitiveness. His practical leadership style and strong commercial understanding have contributed significantly to CabLinks’ continued growth within Uganda’s coffee, agribusiness and trading sectors.
